Open the personal booking link your advisor shared with you (it looks like calendar.mmvtravelgroup.com/schedule/your-advisor). Pick a day and an open time, enter your name, email, and phone number, choose how you'd like to meet - phone call, Google Meet, or Zoom - and confirm. You'll get a confirmation email with the details and a link to cancel if your plans change.

When an admin invites you, you'll receive an email to set your password. After signing in:

• Availability - set the hours you're open each week.
• Event types - create the kinds of meetings guests can book (for example, a 30-minute Discovery Call).
• Settings - set your name, booking link, and timezone.

Then share your booking link (shown in Settings and on each event type) with your clients.

In Settings, click Connect Google Calendarand approve access. Once connected, new bookings appear on your Google Calendar automatically, guests receive a calendar invite, and times you're already busy are hidden from your booking page. You can disconnect any time from the same screen.

In Settings, click Connect Zoom and approve access. When a guest chooses Zoom for their meeting, MMV Calendar creates the Zoom meeting on your account automatically and shares the join link in the confirmation email and calendar invite. Cancelling a booking removes the Zoom meeting. You can disconnect any time from the same screen.

Advisors see all their appointments on the Bookings tab and can cancel from there. Guests can cancel using the link in their confirmation or reminder email. Cancelling frees the time slot and removes any linked calendar event or Zoom meeting.
