Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MMV Calendar (the “Service”), operated by MMV Travel Group (My Mickey Vacation Travel & Dreams Fulfilled Travel) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service — whether to book an appointment or to manage a booking page as an advisor — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

MMV Calendar lets travel advisors offer bookable times and lets guests schedule appointments with them. It sends confirmation and reminder emails and, where an advisor has connected them, creates and removes events and meetings on third-party calendar and video services. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Advisor accounts are created by invitation only. If you have an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account, and you agree to notify us of any unauthorized use. Guests do not need an account to book.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data;
• access, use, or attempt to access data that is not yours;
• use the Service to send spam or unsolicited or unlawful communications;
• reverse engineer or misuse the Service except as permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

Booking a time reserves it with the chosen advisor. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your contact details and chosen meeting method. Either party may cancel using the cancellation link provided in the confirmation or reminder emails. We are not responsible for missed, late, or rescheduled appointments, or for the substance of any consultation between a guest and an advisor.

If an advisor connects Google Calendar or Zoom, the Service creates and removes events or meetings on their behalf through those providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services. The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding information you provide), is owned by MMV Travel Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service except as permitted by law.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMV Travel Group and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MMV Travel Group and its owners, employees, and providers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Advisor booking pages may be deactivated by an administrator; deactivation preserves existing booking history.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
