Terms of Service - MMV Calendar

1. About these terms

MMV Calendar (“the Service”) is an appointment-scheduling tool operated by MMV Travel Group (My Mickey Vacation Travel & Dreams Fulfilled Travel). By using the Service - whether to book an appointment or to manage a booking page as an advisor - you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

The Service lets travel advisors offer bookable times and lets guests schedule appointments with them. It sends confirmation and reminder emails and, where an advisor has connected them, syncs appointments with third-party calendar and meeting services.

3. Accounts

Advisor accounts are created by invitation only. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Guests do not need an account to book.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service - including attempting to disrupt it, access data that isn't yours, or use it to send unsolicited or unlawful communications. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

5. Bookings and cancellations

Booking a time reserves it with the chosen advisor. Either party may cancel using the cancellation link provided. We are not responsible for missed or rescheduled appointments.

6. Third-party services

If an advisor connects Google Calendar or Zoom, the Service creates and removes events or meetings on their behalf through those providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for how data from those services is used.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMV Travel Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
