Who we are

MMV Calendar is an internal scheduling tool operated by MMV Travel Group (My Mickey Vacation Travel & Dreams Fulfilled Travel). It lets our travel advisors offer bookable times and lets guests schedule appointments with them.

Information we collect

When you book an appointment, we collect the name, email address, and any notes you provide, along with the date and time you select. For advisors with an account, we store the name, email address, availability, and booking settings needed to run their booking page.

Google Calendar access

If an advisor connects their Google Calendar, MMV Calendar requests limited access in order to:

  • Read the advisor's busy/free times so already-scheduled events are hidden from their booking page and double-booking is prevented.
  • Create a calendar event when a guest books, and remove that event if the booking is cancelled.
  • Read the connected Google account's email address, only to display which calendar is connected.

MMV Calendar's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generative AI or machine-learning models.

How we use your information

We use the information above to schedule appointments, send confirmation and reminder emails, keep advisor calendars in sync, and operate and support the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Booking details are shared with the advisor you book with. We use trusted service providers to run the tool - including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Google (calendar sync) - who process data on our behalf.

Data retention

We keep booking records for as long as needed to run the service and meet our record-keeping needs. An advisor can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from their settings, which removes our stored access to their calendar.
